The GCR series converts ball screw rotary motion into linear motion through a combined system of motor, coupling, and ball screw, together with an integrated embedded guide rail structure for precise linear guidance.

1. High Precision
The embedded guide rail design integrates a steel strip within the body structure. The rail groove is ground in a single process, ensuring higher straightness accuracy during motion.
2. Reinforced Slider Rigidity
The slider adopts an integrated cast steel structure made from materials with excellent heat-treatment performance. This monolithic casting reduces the drawbacks caused by press-fit nuts and achieves approximately 5% weight reduction compared with similar products.
3. Upgraded Ball Screw Specification
Without changing the overall module size, a larger screw diameter is adopted for the same model, significantly improving load capacity, travel performance, and speed compared with mainstream industry standards.

All series are equipped with lubrication ports on both sides of the slider, allowing direct greasing without disassembling the cover, significantly simplifying maintenance procedures.
The G Series is available in two configurations: ball screw drive and belt drive. The GCR is an aluminum-base ball screw linear module. It adopts an embedded guide rail design, where steel strips are ground into the aluminum base in one process, making the structure more compact and reducing weight by about 25%.The slider uses an integrated cast steel structure, offering high rigidity and no deformation, while further reducing weight by about 5% and improving precision. It features a fully enclosed design suitable for cleanroom use, with high flatness and straightness of ±0.02/300mm.The module is compact and easy to install, supporting both top-lock and bottom-lock mounting, and allows maintenance without removing the cover. It also uses curved grinding and automatic dispensing technology for smooth, low-noise operation, and the adapter plate supports three mounting directions for flexible motor integration.
