The H Series is a compact linear motion module that integrates a servo motor with a ball screw (or belt / rack & pinion), and linear guide system. It converts motor rotary motion into linear motion through the transmission system, enabling high precision, high speed, and high load linear movement.

1. Stainless Steel Dust Cover Strip
Building on the conventional semi-enclosed configuration, the HCR Series incorporates an elastic stainless steel dust cover strip. The strip closely follows the carriage movement path and moves synchronously with the carriage, forming a dynamic protective barrier against chips, dust, and cutting fluids. Compared with conventional heavy steel enclosures, this solution significantly reduces the inertia of moving components and overall system weight. It provides reliable protection in cleanliness-sensitive environments while preserving greater dynamic performance for high-speed reciprocating motion.
2. Lightweight Japanese-standard Aluminum Alloy
The body is manufactured from high-strength, high-toughness aluminum alloy extrusion profiles conforming to Japanese standards. The lightweight construction significantly reduces overall weight while maintaining a high level of structural rigidity. This reduces the load on the machine base and enables fast acceleration and deceleration, making the module well suited to high-speed servo systems. Even during long-stroke operation with frequent acceleration and deceleration, the structure maintains high rigidity and effective vibration suppression, providing stable support for precision machining.
3. Universal Motor Interface
The input shaft interface follows widely adopted Japanese motor mounting standards, with shaft diameter, keyway, and mounting hole dimensions designed for compatibility with mainstream servo motors from Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Panasonic, and other manufacturers. No additional adapter flange or custom coupling is required, simplifying installation and reducing the complexity of spare-parts management.
4. Refined Surface Finish
The module body features a natural-color anodized surface treatment with a dense and uniform oxide layer, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and scratching. The finish is well suited to industrial environments exposed to oil mist and cutting fluids. Its fine matte-metal appearance provides a consistent, low-glare surface, complementing the design requirements of high-end precision equipment.
The H Series is available in three configurations: ball screw drive、belt drive and rack & pinion drive, and offers tow types of protective covers. The HCR is a fully-enclosed belt driven linear module, featuring an enclosed aluminum profile body and a mirror-finished stainless steel dust cover strip. The sealed construction provides effective protection against the ingress of dust, moisture, and other contaminants. Driven by a P-grade precision-ground ball screw, the module achieves repeatability of up to ±0.008 mm. Its dual-LM-guideway configuration provides a high load capacity while supporting effective strokes of up to 3000 mm, with a maximum horizontal load of 230 kg and a maximum speed of 2000 mm/s. The fully enclosed design not only prevents external contaminants from entering the module, but also helps contain fine particles generated by rolling contact within the ball screw, minimizing their release into the surrounding workshop environment. With excellent environmental adaptability, the HCR is suitable for clean production areas, cleanrooms, and demanding environments involving moisture or dust. Typical applications include semiconductor manufacturing, LCD panel production, medical equipment, and precision electronics, where both cleanliness and positioning accuracy are critical.
