The H Series is a compact linear motion module that integrates a servo motor with a ball screw (or belt / rack & pinion), and linear guide system.It converts motor rotary motion into linear motion through the transmission system, enabling high precision, high speed, and high load linear movement.

The HNR Series adopts industry-standard mounting interfaces, with overall dimensions and key mounting dimensions designed to be compatible with mainstream Japanese linear modules. 2. High-precision Performance for Electrode Coating
Optimized for critical battery manufacturing processes such as coating and calendaring, the module provides repeatability of up to ±0.005 mm. This supports consistent electrode coating thickness and precise alignment during cell winding, helping maintain process stability and product consistency.
3. Enhanced Corrosion-resistant Surface Treatment
The main body and critical components are treated with specialized electroless nickel plating or enhanced anodizing to improve resistance to corrosive media commonly encountered in lithium battery production, including NMP solvents and electrolyte.
4. Anti-crystallization and Anti-seizure Design
The carriage wiper system is specially optimized for the characteristics of lithium battery dust generated from materials such as lithium iron phosphate (LFP) and ternary cathode materials. It helps prevent dust from mixing with lubricating grease and forming deposits that could interfere with carriage movement, reducing the risk of sticking and operational failure.

The H Series is available in three configurations: ball screw drive、belt drive and rack & pinion drive, and offers tow types of protective covers. The HNR is a semi-enclosed ball screw linear module designed for the lithium battery industry. Electrode coating, slitting, and die cutting can generate large amounts of conductive dust. Building on its semi-enclosed structure, the lithium battery version features enhanced sealing and protection to help prevent dust from reaching the ball screw and guideway transmission components. Multiple ball screw lead options and stroke configurations are available to accommodate key battery manufacturing processes, including electrode handling, cell positioning, and precision assembly. With high precision, high rigidity, and enhanced protection as its core advantages, the HNR Series provides a reliable linear motion solution for precision applications in electrode manufacturing and cell assembly.
