Product Principle

A rotary motor consists of a rotor and stator. The rotor is the load itself or directly connected to the load, and is equipped with permanent magnets. The stator is fixed to the base and contains multiple coils. Based on the electromagnetic principle, energizing the coils generates a rotating magnetic field, which directly drives the permanent magnet rotor to rotate. The rotor speed is determined by the frequency of the applied current, while its position is controlled by the phase of the current.

Within 100mm rotary motors are designed for compact automation equipment where installation space is limited but high-performance rotary motion is still required. The small-diameter structure combines the stator, rotor, bearing, and encoder into a compact drive unit, eliminating the need for a conventional reducer and reducing the overall size of the rotary mechanism. Low-inertia rotating components provide fast acceleration and deceleration, enabling rapid response to servo commands and shorter positioning cycles. Direct-drive transmission also eliminates mechanical backlash and reduces transmission errors, supporting precise and repeatable rotary positioning. With a compact footprint, high dynamic response, and simplified mechanical structure, these motors are well suited for semiconductor equipment, electronic assembly, inspection systems, compact indexing mechanisms, and other space-constrained automation applications.
