■ Product Principle
The O-series belt driven linear module is an integrated servo motor and timing belt system, consisting of a belt, linear guide, aluminum profile, coupling, motor, and sensors. The slider is driven by a timing belt running on both end shafts, and the belt tension can be adjusted on one side for easy setup and commissioning.

1、High Load Capacity
Profile design is optimized through finite element analysis, ensuring structural rigidity and stability. For widths of 80 mm and above, high-grade guide rails are used with variable load design, providing strong load adaptability.
2、Long Stroke & High Precision
Stroke length can reach up to 6000 mm, with rail sections required for longer spans. Repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.04–0.06 mm.
3、Stable Operation
The long slider and large contact area reduce vibration compared to standard low-profile modules, offering low inertia impact and high allowable moment capacity.
4、Optional Auxiliary Rail
For high vertical or side-mounted loads, an auxiliary guide rail can be installed on the profile side to enhance lateral rigidity and improve stability under moment loads.
5、Flexible Belt Selection
Timing belt options include S5M and S8M series. For high load, high torque, and high precision applications, arc-tooth belts are used; for high-speed horizontal motion, T-type teeth are preferred; for high-temperature environments, rubber open belts are available.
6、Integrated Design
The synchronous pulley and coupling are integrated to prevent slippage and ensure high torque transmission. The motor-mounted pulley shortens the installation length, saving space. The profile features T-slot grooves on three sides, allowing flexible motor mounting in multiple directions.
O series products have 2 types of protective covers, and ONB is a semi-enclosed belt driven linear model. The O Series is a high-precision servo motor integrated belt-driven linear module. It features an FEA-optimized profile design, offering a compact structure with high load capacity. Semi-enclosed and fully enclosed versions are available (widths from 60–140 mm), with a maximum stroke of up to 6000 mm and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.04–0.06 mm. It supports S5M/S8M arc-tooth or T-type timing belts, suitable for vertical heavy-load and high-speed horizontal applications, and allows flexible configurations such as three-side mounting and auxiliary guide rails. Widely used in photovoltaics, semiconductors, medical inspection, smart warehousing, and palletizing systems, it combines high rigidity, strong torque transmission, easy installation, and long service life, making it a cost-effective solution for industrial automation upgrades.
