■ Inner Structure
■ Product Principle
The H Series is a compact linear motion module that integrates a servo motor with a ball screw (or belt / rack & pinion), and linear guide system. It converts motor rotary motion into linear motion through the transmission system, enabling high precision, high speed, and high load linear movement.
■ Product Advantages
1. Maintenance-free Timing Pulley Bearings
The timing pulley is supported by sealed, self-lubricating bearings that require no grease replenishment throughout their service life. This eliminates the risk of bearing overheating or seizure caused by excessive or insufficient lubrication, making the system particularly suitable for high-cycle-rate and continuous-duty automation applications while significantly reducing the likelihood of unexpected downtime.
2. Dust Protection and Maintenance-free Operation
A labyrinth seal and elastic clamping structure are incorporated at the belt-to-carriage connection to prevent fine particles such as machining dust and fibrous debris from entering the guideway through the belt. Together with scrapers at the guideway ends, the design creates a dual-layer protection system. Even in high-dust factory environments, the guideway surfaces can remain clean, helping maintain stable friction characteristics over extended periods of operation.
3. Suitable for Clean Environments
The module operates without lubricant mist generation, resulting in virtually zero VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions. Its low-contamination characteristics make it suitable for equipment used in applications where molecular contamination is a critical concern, such as optical lens grinding, medical endoscope assembly, and wafer inspection. By minimizing the risk of oil-film contamination on product surfaces, the module also helps maintain a cleaner working environment without the need for additional exhaust and filtration equipment.
4. Simplified Maintenance
Routine maintenance is limited primarily to checking belt deflection with a tension gauge at the intervals specified in the operating manual, such as once a month. If the measured deflection falls outside the specified range, the tension pulley can be fine-adjusted accordingly. There is no need for dedicated grease guns, different grades of lubricants, or detailed lubrication schedules for individual lubrication points, significantly simplifying maintenance procedures and documentation.
The H Series is available in three configurations: ball screw drive、belt drive and rack & pinion drive, and offers tow types of protective covers. The HNB-E is a semi-enclosed upgraded belt driven module without external lubrication ports. It is an enhanced version of the HNB. It retains the HNB Series’ distinctive semi-enclosed structure and dual high-strength rigid guideways while delivering higher torque and speed. The upgraded design features optimized transmission efficiency, smoother operation, and greater overall rigidity, with a maximum speed of up to 6000 mm/s. The semi-enclosed structure is well suited to general factory environments while allowing convenient installation and maintenance. The HNB-E also retains the wide range of standard configurations offered by the HNB Series, with multiple width and length combinations available. It supports horizontal loads of up to 140 kg, with effective strokes ranging from 100 to 3050 mm. Stability and reliability are further improved during high-speed operation, making the HNB-E particularly suitable for high-speed conveying, rapid transfer, and long-distance material handling where speed and productivity are critical. By combining enhanced speed with improved precision, the HNB-E provides an optimized transmission solution for high-speed automated production lines.
