The H Series is a compact linear motion module that integrates a servo motor with a ball screw (or belt / rack & pinion), and linear guide system. It converts motor rotary motion into linear motion through the transmission system, enabling high precision, high speed, and high load linear movement.

1. High-speed, High-cycle Material Handling
Designed for high-speed transfer of cell trays, the HNB Series supports maximum travel speeds of up to 5 m/s, helping increase production throughput in processes such as cell formation and grading, as well as automated cell logistics.
2. Anti-static Protection
An anti-static polyurethane belt helps prevent electrostatic charge accumulation during high-speed operation, reducing the risk of electrostatic discharge that could damage the cell separator and affect cell quality.
3. Standardized Mounting for Rapid Integration
The mounting hole spacing and overall dimensions follow commonly adopted standards in lithium battery manufacturing, allowing rapid replacement without modifying the existing equipment base plate. This helps shorten equipment retrofit time and minimize production downtime.
4. Heavy-duty Bearings for Extended Service Life
For PACK assembly lines where heavy cell trays may generate continuous eccentric loading, the internal bearings and support structure are selected and reinforced for heavy-duty operation. This improves durability and extends service life under sustained load conditions.

The carriage sealing structure is optimized to help prevent the ingress of dust commonly generated in lithium battery production from reaching the linear guideway system. This supports stable positioning accuracy and smooth operation over extended periods of use.
The H Series is available in three configurations: ball screw drive、belt drive and rack & pinion drive, and offers tow types of protective covers. The HNB is a semi-enclosed belt driven linear module designed for the lithium battery industry. It is designed for long-stroke, high-cycle material handling and conveying applications in lithium battery manufacturing. It features a distinctive semi-enclosed structure with two high-strength rigid guideways, providing high torque and speed performance. To meet the demanding requirements of electrode handling, cell transfer, and PACK assembly for high-speed reciprocating motion and continuous long-stroke operation, the lithium battery version further optimizes transmission efficiency and running stability based on the high-speed performance of the standard model. It achieves a maximum speed of 6000 mm/s, a maximum horizontal load of 140 kg, and effective strokes ranging from 100 to 3050 mm. With repeatability of up to ±0.04 mm, the HNB Series combines long stroke, high speed, high load capacity, and low noise for demanding battery manufacturing applications.
