The O-series belt driven linear module is an integrated servo motor and timing belt system, consisting of a belt, linear guide, aluminum profile, coupling, motor, and sensors. The slider is driven by a timing belt running on both end shafts, and the belt tension can be adjusted on one side for easy setup and commissioning.

1. Easy Access for Routine Lubrication
The exposed guideway design places the grease fittings directly within reach, allowing daily lubrication without removing the cover and significantly reducing maintenance time.
2. Dual-End Motor Mounting
Motor mounting positions are provided at both ends of the module, giving greater freedom to select the motor orientation according to available installation space.
3. Lightweight Design for Light-Duty Applications
The optimized lightweight construction offers a slightly lower load capacity than the standard ONB series, but delivers faster response and is well suited to light-load, high-speed applications in the electronics industry.

The exposed guideway can be wiped directly with a lint-free cloth, making it suitable for precision assembly environments where strict guideway cleanliness is required.
The O Series is a high-precision servo motor integrated belt-driven linear module. Products have two types of protective covers, and ONB-F is a semi-enclosed model with exposed auxiliary rails for easy lubrication and maintenance. Finite element analysis is employed to refine the profile geometry, resulting in a space-efficient module that maintains strong load-bearing capability despite its reduced footprint. The available travel extends to 6000 mm, while repeatability can reach ±0.04–0.06 mm. Transmission can be configured with S5M/S8M curved-tooth synchronous belt pulleys or T-tooth belts according to the operating conditions. This allows the module to handle both vertically oriented heavy loads and high-speed horizontal movement. Three-sided mounting is available, with an auxiliary guideway optionally added along the side for greater freedom in machine layout. High rigidity, high-torque transmission, quick installation, and extended operating life make the module a practical choice for photovoltaic production, semiconductor equipment, medical inspection systems, smart warehousing, and palletizing machinery. It offers a balanced combination of motion performance and cost efficiency for automated equipment.
