■ Inner Structure
■ Product Principle
The H Series is a compact linear motion module that integrates a servo motor with a ball screw (or belt / rack & pinion), and linear guide system. It converts motor rotary motion into linear motion through the transmission system, enabling high precision, high speed, and high load linear movement.
■ Product Advantages
1. Integrated Long-stroke and Dust Protection
The HCB Series combines the long-stroke capability of belt-driven modules with a stainless steel dust cover system in a fully enclosed structure. With strokes from 50 mm to 3500 mm and beyond, the stainless steel strip keeps the carriage and other critical moving components enclosed within the module body, effectively isolating them from external dust, contaminants, and liquid exposure. This makes the module suitable for cleanrooms and low-particle environments while maintaining the flexibility of long-stroke motion.
2. Stable Belt Tension for Reliable Positioning
Throughout a service life of several thousand kilometers, the synchronous belt exhibits minimal elongation and maintains stable tension. Combined with precision timing pulleys and a belt tensioning mechanism, this helps minimize elastic deformation and rebound during rapid stops. Repeatability can be consistently maintained within ±0.04 mm, even under long-stroke and high-load conditions, supporting the positioning requirements of precision processing and automated assembly over extended operation.
3. Low-noise Design
The tooth profile of the timing pulley and the belt meshing geometry have been optimized to reduce meshing impact and operating noise. The tooth depth and tooth-tip radius are precisely matched to ensure stable engagement, low wear, and reliable operation without tooth skipping. Measured operating noise is 3–5 dB lower than comparable European-standard products, providing particular advantages in cleanrooms, laboratories, and medical equipment where environmental noise is a key consideration. Lower operating noise also reflects improved transmission smoothness and more precise belt-to-pulley engagement.
4. Compact Width
The module body has been designed with a reduced overall width to minimize installation space. Despite its compact form, it maintains high structural rigidity and load capacity, making it particularly suitable for multi-axis configurations, space-constrained integration, and lightweight equipment designs. The compact structure provides greater freedom for equipment miniaturization and internal space optimization.
The H Series is available in three configurations: ball screw drive、 belt drive and rack & pinion drive, and offers tow types of protective covers. The HCB is a fully-enclosed belt driven linear module, featuring a classic synchronous belt transmission system integrated into a fully enclosed aluminum profile body. Compared with screw-driven models, the HCB uses a synchronous belt to drive the carriage, providing longer strokes and higher operating speeds. The fully enclosed structure effectively prevents dust, dirt, and other contaminants from entering the module. The internal environment can also be maintained with positive or negative air pressure to help keep the module clean, making it suitable for cleanroom applications. With repeatability of up to ±0.04 mm, the HCB Series is driven by a servo motor and supports long-stroke applications with a maximum stroke exceeding 5000 mm. Combining fully enclosed protection with high-speed, long-stroke motion, the HCB Series is widely used in applications such as coating, clean conveying, and long-distance material handling where both environmental protection and high speed are required. With high speed, long stroke, and effective dust protection as its core advantages, the HCB Series provides a reliable solution for fully enclosed high-speed linear motion.
