■ Product Principle
A rotary motor consists of a rotor and stator. The rotor is the load itself or directly connected to the load, and is equipped with permanent magnets. The stator is fixed to the base and contains multiple coils. Based on the electromagnetic principle, energizing the coils generates a rotating magnetic field, which directly drives the permanent magnet rotor to rotate. The rotor speed is determined by the frequency of the applied current, while its position is controlled by the phase of the current.

1. Significantly Increased Output Capacity
An efficient liquid cooling system enables the motor to deliver continuous and peak torque levels up to 2–2.5 times those achievable with natural cooling. The enhanced thermal management increases the motor constant and overall output capability, making the motor suitable for continuous operation under high loads.

The circulating cooling system efficiently removes heat generated during motor operation, significantly reducing temperature rise and thermal deformation. Continuous torque ranges from several tens to several thousand N·m, and can extend to more than 10,000 N·m for high-torque configurations. While providing enhanced thermal management, the motor retains the core advantages of DDR direct-drive technology, including zero backlash, high rigidity, and rapid response. By eliminating intermediate transmission losses and backlash, the system achieves enhanced dynamic performance and machining accuracy.
The cooling series uses circulating water or oil to improve heat dissipation efficiency, enabling continuous output of higher torque and power. With liquid cooling, the motor can deliver continuous and peak torque levels up to 2–2.5 times those achievable under natural cooling conditions. The enhanced thermal management increases the motor constant and output capability while effectively limiting temperature rise and thermal deformation, helping maintain positioning accuracy and repeatability during prolonged operation. Standard cooling ports allow circulating coolant to continuously remove heat generated during operation, keeping the motor within its optimal operating temperature range under heavy loads. The series is particularly suitable for heavy-duty, high-torque applications requiring long periods of continuous operation, including heavy-duty CNC rotary tables, trunnion machining centers, large rotary worktables, injection molding machinery, and metallurgical equipment.
