Product Principle

A rotary motor consists of a rotor and stator. The rotor is the load itself or directly connected to the load, and is equipped with permanent magnets. The stator is fixed to the base and contains multiple coils. Based on the electromagnetic principle, energizing the coils generates a rotating magnetic field, which directly drives the permanent magnet rotor to rotate. The rotor speed is determined by the frequency of the applied current, while its position is controlled by the phase of the current.

Over 300mm rotary motors are developed for large rotary systems that require extremely high torque and high load capacity. The large-diameter electromagnetic structure significantly increases torque output, making it possible to directly drive large rotary loads that would traditionally require a motor combined with a large gearbox. By eliminating the reduction mechanism, the system avoids transmission backlash, mechanical losses, and additional transmission components, while maintaining a direct and responsive connection between the motor and load. The robust mechanical structure provides high rigidity and stable operation under substantial external loads, and high-resolution feedback enables accurate rotary positioning even in large-scale equipment.
