Product Principle

A rotary motor consists of a rotor and stator. The rotor is the load itself or directly connected to the load, and is equipped with permanent magnets. The stator is fixed to the base and contains multiple coils. Based on the electromagnetic principle, energizing the coils generates a rotating magnetic field, which directly drives the permanent magnet rotor to rotate. The rotor speed is determined by the frequency of the applied current, while its position is controlled by the phase of the current.

The larger motor diameter provides increased electromagnetic torque capacity, making the motor suitable for rotary applications requiring higher driving torque and greater load capacity. Direct-drive transmission allows the available torque to be transferred directly to the load without the efficiency losses of a reduction mechanism.

Without gears, belts, or other intermediate transmission components, the motor transfers torque directly to the load with minimal mechanical transmission error. This provides more accurate torque control and improves the consistency of rotary positioning.

5. Simplified mechanical structure

The direct-drive configuration eliminates the need for additional reduction mechanisms and their associated couplings, shafts, and mounting components. This reduces the number of mechanical parts, simplifies equipment design, and can improve overall system reliability.
