■ Inner Structure
■ Product Principle
A rotary motor consists of a rotor and stator. The rotor is the load itself or directly connected to the load, and is equipped with permanent magnets. The stator is fixed to the base and contains multiple coils. Based on the electromagnetic principle, energizing the coils generates a rotating magnetic field, which directly drives the permanent magnet rotor to rotate. The rotor speed is determined by the frequency of the applied current, while its position is controlled by the phase of the current.
■ Product Advantages
1. Professional-grade Environmental Protection
With an IP65 protection rating and shaft sealing capable of meeting IP67 requirements, the motor effectively protects against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets. This ensures stable operation in demanding environments exposed to moisture, dust, and oil mist.
2. High Reliability in Demanding Conditions
An integrated thermistor provides over-temperature protection, while an optional rugged multi-speed resolver feedback system maintains precise and reliable operation even under harsh environmental conditions.
3. Global Compliance and Certification
The product is CE- and UL-certified, meeting market access requirements in major global markets and supporting safe deployment for equipment intended for international markets.
4. Full Direct-drive Performance
Despite its enhanced environmental protection, the motor retains the core advantages of DDR direct-drive technology, including zero backlash, maintenance-free operation, and high torque density. It combines robust protection with high-performance direct drive, making it suitable for demanding applications such as machine tools, food packaging equipment, and outdoor machinery.
A rotary motor mainly consists of four components: stator, rotor, bearing, and encoder. The IP65 series features excellent dustproof and waterproof performance, allowing reliable operation in dusty, humid, or mildly splashing water environments. This series features professional-grade shaft sealing and a fully enclosed structure to effectively protect against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets, ensuring stable operation in demanding environments exposed to moisture, dust, and oil mist. A large-diameter, short-length configuration combined with a multi-pole electromagnetic design delivers high torque density within a compact footprint. An integrated thermistor provides over-temperature protection, while CE and UL certifications support deployment in global markets. The motor can be configured with either a high-resolution sinusoidal encoder or a rugged multi-speed resolver, allowing the feedback solution to be selected according to the required precision and environmental conditions. The series is particularly suitable for demanding applications with stringent protection requirements, including machine tools, outdoor equipment, food packaging machinery, automotive assembly and inspection lines, and cold-storage facilities.
