■ Inner Structure
■ Product Principle
A rotary motor consists of a rotor and stator. The rotor is the load itself or directly connected to the load, and is equipped with permanent magnets. The stator is fixed to the base and contains multiple coils. Based on the electromagnetic principle, energizing the coils generates a rotating magnetic field, which directly drives the permanent magnet rotor to rotate. The rotor speed is determined by the frequency of the applied current, while its position is controlled by the phase of the current.
■ Product Advantages
1. High Precision with Long-term Stability
Built around direct-drive technology, the custom rotary platform connects the stator and base directly to the load, eliminating intermediate transmission components such as gearboxes, gears, and synchronous belts. This avoids the accuracy degradation associated with mechanical wear in conventional transmission systems. Combined with a high-resolution encoder, the system can achieve positioning accuracy at the micrometer or even nanometer level, depending on the configuration.
2. Ultra-high Rigidity and Stable Load Handling
The base and stator feature an integrated high-rigidity design, with the motor connected directly to the load without intermediate components such as couplings. Compared with conventional transmission systems, the increased structural rigidity provides greater resistance to load fluctuations and helps suppress the effects of external vibration.
3. Flexible Customization for Diverse Requirements
The series supports application-specific customization, allowing mounting interfaces, dimensional specifications, and installation layouts to be configured according to the customer's requirements. The flat, compact design also reduces installation space and simplifies the overall mechanical architecture.
4. Maintenance-free Operation and Lower Lifecycle Cost
By eliminating wear-prone transmission components such as gears and belts, the direct-drive structure minimizes mechanical contact and wear, providing long service life and high reliability. Low operating noise and vibration further improve system performance, while reduced maintenance requirements and downtime help lower the total cost of ownership over the equipment lifecycle
In the customized fixed stator series, the stator and base plate serve as the fixed end, providing a highly stable and rigid reference platform for workpieces that do not require rotation but need precise positioning and installation. Leveraging the inherent zero-backlash advantages of direct-drive technology and its elimination of intermediate transmission components, the system delivers significantly enhanced rigidity while removing the backlash and coupling errors associated with conventional transmission methods. The integrated high-rigidity design of the base and stator provides a solid and stable mounting platform for precision workpieces, effectively suppressing external vibration and helping maintain positioning accuracy. The series also supports application-specific customization, allowing mounting interfaces and installation layouts to be tailored to different workpieces and space requirements.
