Product Principle

A rotary motor consists of a rotor and stator. The rotor is the load itself or directly connected to the load, and is equipped with permanent magnets. The stator is fixed to the base and contains multiple coils. Based on the electromagnetic principle, energizing the coils generates a rotating magnetic field, which directly drives the permanent magnet rotor to rotate. The rotor speed is determined by the frequency of the applied current, while its position is controlled by the phase of the current.

Within 200mm rotary motors provide a balanced combination of torque output, positioning accuracy, dynamic response, and installation efficiency for medium-sized rotary mechanisms. Compared with smaller rotary motors, the increased motor diameter provides greater electromagnetic torque while maintaining a relatively compact overall structure. The direct-drive configuration removes the reducer and associated backlash, allowing the motor to transfer torque directly to the load with high response and precise motion control. A multi-pole electromagnetic design helps reduce torque ripple and maintain smooth rotation, while the integrated encoder provides accurate position and speed feedback for servo control. This series is suitable for rotary indexing, precision positioning, assembly, inspection, and other industrial automation applications requiring both high accuracy and sufficient torque within a limited installation space.
