■ Product Principle
The O-series belt driven linear module is an integrated servo motor and timing belt system, consisting of a belt, linear guide, aluminum profile, coupling, motor, and sensors. The slider is driven by a timing belt running on both end shafts, and the belt tension can be adjusted on one side for easy setup and commissioning.

1. Lightweight Structure with High Rigidity
Finite element stress analysis is applied during profile development to simulate rigidity and structural stability. Despite its compact appearance, the profile delivers substantial load-bearing capacity.
2. Extended Slide for Stable Cantilever Operation
For semi-enclosed and fully enclosed models in widths of 80 mm and above, high-assembly guideways are used with variable-load designs to accommodate changing load conditions. The extended slide provides a larger contact area, resulting in less movement than conventional low-profile modules under the same cantilever configuration, while offering a higher allowable static moment.
3. Optimized Belt Selection for Different Operating Conditions
The synchronous belt and pulley systems are available in S5M and S8M configurations to accommodate high-load, high-torque, and high-precision applications. For vertical operation, curved-tooth profiles can be selected; T-tooth profiles are suited to high-speed horizontal motion; and rubber open-ended belts are available for high-temperature conditions. This range of configurations allows the module to be matched to a wide variety of application requirements.
4. Reinforced Configuration for Side Loads
When high vertical or side-mounted loads are involved, an auxiliary guideway can be installed along the side of the aluminum profile. This additional guideway improves resistance to lateral moments while increasing structural strength and motion stability.
5. Convenient Mounting
T-slots for slide nuts are provided on three sides of the profile, allowing installation from any of the three available mounting surfaces.
The O Series is a high-precision servo motor integrated belt-driven linear module. Products have two types of protective covers, and ONB is a semi-enclosed belt driven linear module. Designed for the diverse operating conditions encountered in industrial automation, this module uses finite element stress analysis to optimize the aluminum profile. The resulting structure is more compact while offering improved load capacity and motion stability. Travel lengths of up to 6000 mm are available, with repeatability ranging from ±0.04 to ±0.06 mm. The drive system can be configured with S5M/S8M curved-tooth or T-tooth synchronous belt pulleys, providing suitable transmission characteristics for applications ranging from vertical heavy-load operation to high-speed horizontal motion. Installation options include mounting on three sides, as well as an auxiliary guideway mounted to the side for applications requiring additional support. With high structural rigidity, high-torque transmission, easy installation, and long service life, the module is widely used in photovoltaic manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, medical inspection, smart warehousing, and palletizing systems. It provides a linear motion solution that balances performance, reliability, and cost for industrial automation equipment.
