The KK series converts ball screw rotary motion into linear motion through a combined system of motor, coupling, and ball screw. It uses a high-precision ball screw as the transmission mechanism and a U-shaped rail design for guidance, enabling stable and accurate linear motion.

1. Flexible Protection Against Dust and Impact
The standard bellows cover effectively shields the module from dust, cutting fluid, and other contaminants, while providing protection against minor impacts. It is well suited for demanding environments such as welding and cutting applications.
2. High-Rigidity Steel Base
The module features an alloy steel base with a low coefficient of thermal expansion, maintaining stable mechanical rigidity even under significant temperature variations.
3. Precision for Long-Stroke Applications
Compared with aluminum structures, the steel base offers greater resistance to bending over long spans, minimizing end-point vibration and maintaining stable motion accuracy throughout the stroke.
4. Integrated Lubrication Structure
A lubrication passage is integrated inside the bellows cover, allowing lubrication at designated points without removing the cover.
K series products have 4 types of protective covers, and KFR is a model with a bellow cover (telescopic cover). The product’s external design provides a clear indication of its internal construction. This single-axis robot is built around a ball screw and slide block, featuring a compact structure and well-organized layout. The base is made of S55C medium-carbon steel and treated with phosphating and black coating to enhance surface corrosion resistance. U-shaped guideways are integrated on both sides of the base and processed by high-frequency hardening, achieving a hardness comparable to that of linear guideways while providing excellent wear resistance and high precision. The steel-base module features a two-row Gothic-arch raceway design between the guideways and slide blocks, with a 45° contact angle. This configuration enables equal load capacity in four directions, providing stable support under radial and lateral loads. The compact, integrated design reduces installation space and helps lower the overall cost of use. A range of motor flanges and other accessories can also be configured to suit different application requirements.
