■ Inner Structure
■ Product Principle
The H Series is a compact linear motion module that integrates a servo motor with a ball screw (or belt / rack & pinion), and linear guide system. It converts motor rotary motion into linear motion through the transmission system, enabling high precision, high speed, and high load linear movement.
■ Product Advantages
1. Industry-standard Compatibility
The module follows widely adopted mounting dimensions and interface specifications, providing broad compatibility with comparable products on the market. Key features, including mounting hole spacing, motor flange connections, and sensor mounting slots, follow a highly standardized design. This allows users to replace or upgrade existing modules without modifying the equipment architecture or redesigning adapter plates, significantly reducing retrofit costs and equipment downtime.
2. Optional Precision-ground Ball Screw
The module is available with optional C- or P-grade precision-ground ball screws to meet different positioning accuracy requirements. P-grade ball screws are suited to high-precision positioning and inspection applications, while C-grade options provide a practical balance between accuracy and cost for general assembly and material handling. Users can select the appropriate grade according to actual operating conditions and budget requirements, achieving an effective balance between performance and cost.
3. Dual Guideway and External Lubrication
Standard grease fittings are provided externally for convenient periodic lubrication with grease or light oil. This helps reduce friction and wear during high-frequency reciprocating motion and in dusty operating environments, extending the maintenance intervals and service life of critical transmission components.
4. High-rigidity Carriage Design
To address deflection and deformation commonly encountered under cantilevered loads, the carriage body has been reinforced with increased wall thickness and an optimized internal rib structure, significantly improving bending and torsional rigidity. The reinforced carriage helps distribute contact stress more evenly between the carriage and guideway when the load center shifts, effectively suppressing minor vibration and flexural deformation during dynamic operation. This design improves motion stability and repeatability under large overhangs, heavy loads, and high-speed operation, helping maintain machining and assembly quality even when the application places demanding requirements on structural rigidity.
The H Series is available in three configurations: ball screw drive、belt drive and rack & pinion drive, and offers tow types of protective covers. The HNR is a semi-enclosed ball screw linear module. It features a high-rigidity, one-piece body made of aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, providing a stable and durable structure while keeping overall weight low. A precision ball screw and linear guideway transmission system, combined with a dual-guideway, dual-carriage configuration, ensures smooth and efficient motion. The semi-enclosed structure is well suited to general factory environments and allows convenient installation and maintenance. The HNR offers multiple ball screw lead options of 5, 10, 16, and 20 mm, together with a wide range of stroke configurations. The motor mounting direction can be flexibly configured for external direct coupling or mounting below, on the left, or on the right. It is compatible with mainstream servo and stepper motors from manufacturers such as Panasonic, Mitsubishi, and Yaskawa. With repeatability of up to ±0.008 mm and excellent horizontal load capacity, the HNR is widely used in automated applications including precision positioning, high-speed material handling, welding, gluing, loading and unloading, dispensing, assembly, and inspection. Combining cost-effective performance, high rigidity, and ease of maintenance, the HNR Series is an ideal solution for precision linear motion in industrial automatio
