The KK series converts ball screw rotary motion into linear motion through a combined system of motor, coupling, and ball screw. It uses a high-precision ball screw as the transmission mechanism and a U-shaped rail design for guidance, enabling stable and accurate linear motion.

K series products have 4 types of protective covers, and KCR is a fully-enclosed model. We can intuitively see its internal structure from the appearance. It is a single-axis robot composed of a ball screw and a slider. The base is made of S55C medium carbon steel, and the surface has been phosphated and blackened to prevent rust. The U-shaped guide rails ground on both sides of the base adopt high-frequency quenching technology to achieve the same hardness as linear guide rails, which are very wear-resistant and have higher precision. This compact design saves space and cost, and we can match different motor flanges and other accessories according to different use needs. These factors make it a very hot selling product.
