Product Principle

The synchronous AC current passes through the three coils in the forcer, reversing the current direction to generate a changing magnetic field. This magnetic field interacts with the stator to produce attractive and repulsive forces, creating continuous thrust that keeps the mover in motion.

The stator and forcer are the basic components of a linear motor. The stator is typically composed of permanent magnets that generate a magnetic field, while the forcer contains electromagnetic coils and moves linearly along the stator.When current flows through the mover coils, an electromagnetic field is generated, interacting with the stator’s magnetic field to produce force, driving the mover in linear motion. The TPA-P features an iron-core forcer and flat stator, designed as a direct replacement solution.
