■ Inner Structure
■ Product Principle
The synchronous AC current passes through the three coils in the forcer, reversing the current direction to generate a changing magnetic field. This magnetic field interacts with the stator to produce attractive and repulsive forces, creating continuous thrust that keeps the mover in motion.
■ Product Advantages
1. Non-contact design
The forcer and stator operate without physical contact, avoiding wear caused by long-term high-speed motion. This results in minimal or no maintenance and a longer service life.
2. High dynamic performance
Enables high acceleration and deceleration, suitable for fast-changing motion applications. It also provides precise speed and position control to adapt to dynamic load variations.
3. High flexibility
The non-contact forcer–stator design reduces wear and eliminates mechanical debris, helping maintain a clean working environment, making it suitable for vacuum and cleanroom applications. The stroke length is determined by the stator and is virtually unlimited, allowing flexible system design. It enables high-precision motion in compact spaces, ideal for space-constrained applications.
The stator and forcer are the basic components of a linear motor. The stator is typically composed of permanent magnets that generate a magnetic field, while the forcer contains electromagnetic coils and moves linearly along the stator. When current flows through the mover coils, an electromagnetic field is generated, interacting with the stator’s magnetic field to produce force, driving the mover in linear motion. The TPA-P features an iron-core forcer and flat stator, designed as a direct replacement solution. It is widely used in photovoltaic and lithium battery equipment, as well as glass and LCD panel systems, for high-speed handling, transmission, and precise point-to-point positioning applications. It features high precision, high speed, long service life, and low maintenance, making it a cost-effective solution for industrial automation upgrades.
