■ Inner Structure
■ Product Principle
The E series is a modular product that integrates a servo motor with a ball screw, converting rotary motion into linear motion. It enables precise control of torque, speed, position, and thrust, providing high-precision linear motion and representing a new generation of automation drive solutions.
■ Product Advantages
1. High precision
Repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±0.01 mm, with control accuracy up to 1%, meeting various application requirements. It can be equipped with reduction mechanisms to lower motor power and increase thrust, and can be integrated with PLC and other control systems for high-precision motion control.
2. High-performance design
Compact structure with small overall size. The housing is made of forged aluminum alloy with a smooth surface finish for high load capacity. The telescopic rod is made of high-alloy steel with hard chrome plating for wear resistance and corrosion protection. With an IP66 protection rating, it offers excellent resistance to dust, moisture, and water.
3. Wide range of accessories
The screw options include T-type screw, ball screw, or roller screw. End fittings can be Y-type joint, rod-end bearing (spherical joint), or floating joint. Motor options include AC servo motors, stepper motors, DC motors, or three-phase asynchronous motors. It can also be equipped with limit switches, planetary gear reducers, and other accessories.
4. Easy installation and maintenance
The electric cylinder requires only periodic grease lubrication even in complex environments, with no wear parts that need regular replacement. Compared with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, it significantly reduces maintenance requirements and after-sales service costs.
The E Series is a modular product integrating a servo motor and ball screw, offering three load-based configurations. The ESR is designed for light-load applications, with a thrust capacity of less than 1.5 tons. It features high performance, high precision, low inertia, low noise, high response, and long service life, with positioning accuracy up to ±0.01 mm. With a pressure sensor, force control accuracy can reach 1%.Compared with pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, it requires no complex air or oil systems and is electrically driven, enabling multi-axis synchronization and flexible control. It supports flexible installation and a wide range of accessories, and can be easily integrated with PLC systems. It also eliminates risks of oil or air leakage, operates with lower energy consumption, and features an IP66 protection rating for harsh environments. Maintenance only requires periodic lubrication, significantly reducing lifecycle costs. Electric cylinders are widely used in robotics, automotive, electronics, industrial automation, and AGV logistics vehicles, making them an essential solution for modern automation upgrades.
