INNOVATION

We are working hard to promote the development of the green energy industry and contribute a little to the sustainable development of the world…

The automation industry is well underway in Industry 4.0, where everything is about customizing system solutions that requires quality, productivity, and flexibility in completing certain tasks. Here at TPA Robot, we are side-by-side with the development and evolution of the industry itself and that's why we can offer you cost-effective solutions based on your needs with the addition of great technical support.

Today, the global warming effect is being effectively slowed down, part of which is due to the rapid development of the photovoltaic industry, which uses photovoltaics to convert solar energy into electrical energy, and realizes the renewable use of electricity for daily life and production by global residents. In the highly automated photovoltaic panel production line.

The automotive industry is one of the largest industries in the world and one of the fastest growing in the field of Industry 4.0. Since the development of the automobile industry, traditional fuel vehicles have been gradually replaced by new energy electric vehicles, and the core technology of new energy electric vehicles is battery technology. Lithium batteries are currently the most widely used new energy storage devices.

Currently, no other industry has been affected by such rapid growth more than the semiconductor industry (i.e. the electronics industry). Precise, repeatable and custom solutions to create the perfect printed circuit board or any other electronic component. In order to meet the needs of this fast-growing semiconductor industry, TPA Robot has invested a lot of money and effort in research and development of new P-series and U-series direct drive linear motor solutions to meet the needs of customers.

Whether laser welding, cutting or laser coating, you need to maintain quality output at high processing speeds. We combine mechanics, controls and electronics in optimized designs to give you the highest throughput possible for your laser processing systems.

Linear drive systems are versatile all-rounders in automotive engineering. Whether with belts or ball screw, the actuator can be found in almost all automotive areas. Typical areas of application are the complete body shop, paint shops, tire inspection and all robot-supported work. The linear drive systems must be fast and robust in day-to-day operation, and also adaptable to model changes, vehicle variants or general series maintenance.

Your inspection and testing equipment needs to be at least ten times more accurate than the part you’re measuring. TPA Robot LNP linear motors help minimize automated test systems’ measurement uncertainty and provide the accuracy and resolution you need for the job. You can be sure that your measurement results will meet your tightest specifications and your customers’ highest expectations.

TPA Robot's linear actuators plays an extremely important role in the dispensing system. It provides reliable position control for the dispensing system with its unparalleled precision and repeatability. Based on the high repeatability and smooth motion of KK single axis robots or LNP linear motors, micron-level precision control is achieved, which is particularly important in FPD assembly and semiconductor packaging.

TPA Robotis a leading expert in linear motion control solutions in China. We have invested a lot of money in the research and development of linear actuators and automated motion stages.

TPA Robot is a well-known manufacturer in the field of linear motion control in China. The company was established in 2013 and is headquartered in Suzhou, China. The total production area reaches 30,000 square meters.

TPA Robot is honored to have reached in-depth cooperation with many listed companies. The application fields cover solar panels, semiconductors, smart factories, CNC machine tools, new energy, smart devices, 3C, printing, laser, auto parts production.
